New version plus source available for download

I just uploaded the latest version of this program to the web site:

I've added support for the D60, D300, D700, and D3!

The program has also been changed to handle about two dozen more lenses.

This is my first update in about a year and one-half. I made the changes for more fully support my new (to me) D2x. So, while I was in there, I added support for the other cameras.

I'll try to add this logic to my Windows based version soon.
